Set to launch

2025 has been a productive year. With new equipment and a desire to release an album of original material, Phil got to work setting up a studio to record 10 backing tracks for an album that as yet did not have a title.

The songs were chosen from a catalogue of material reaching back to the 1990s when Phil first started writing. There have been various demo versions over the years but all built around drum loops & programming that could never do the songs justice the way a dedicated drummer could.

Enter Alex (the subject of the song 'Al Pal') who took the songs to a new level, laying down the drum tracks to give the songs a new drive and groove. Then followed a period of re-recording guitars, vocals & keys until the mix was ready for mastering and release.

The remaining time has been spent setting up the media profiles in readiness for a November 1st 2025 release. Thanks to Charlotte's skills in this field. (Charlotte is the subject of the song 'On a day like today')

Together we have a great little team and a product we're really proud of. More releases are planned for next year so watch this space and thanks to everyone for their interest and support.
